25 Signs of true love

True love feelings may differ among individuals. Its way more than just a gender attraction. The true care and feelings you have for her is so personalised that it cant be explained. But I have tried to put what I feel about true love since I have wasted it on someone so unworthy. Anyway  lets proceed...

Signs of true love:

1) You love her more than anything in this world.
2) Even though you know they have cheated in the past you will keep quiet as you dont want to hurt her.
3) You seldom care about how she looks.
4) You always keep thinking of her no matter what you do.
5) You will try to get whatever she likes, even an Audi.
6) Her happiness is your happiness.
7) You get wet in the rain when you are holding an umbrella to protect her.
8) You avoid any calls when you know she is about to call.
9) You can see the sorrowness through her smile.
10) You know that there can be none to replace her.
11) You care so much about her welfare that you forget whats really good for you.
12)You sacrifice all your passions and desires for her happiness.
13) Even if you know what she says is fake, you blindly agree to her.
14) You will even hurt yourself to see her smile.
15) You never care about anything but her, friends will be seen as obstacles.
16) Even if she feels that you are not the right person for her, for her happiness you let go.
17) You will never offend her using bad words, even if she does.
18) You search for a place in her heart even though she is stubborn.
19) Trust her like hell, wishing to give up anything for her.
20) You will be ready to loose everything for her, your pleasure, your riches... everything but her.
21) When she is far away from you, you keep thinking of her and want her to walk at your side.
22) You imagine with your love , a pleasant walk on a lonely road, a world for only the two of you.
23) You will never talk ill about her even to your best friends eventhough she may not be worthy of it
24) Without judging her, you start loving her so much.
25) Even when the world opposes your love, you know she is the one for you.

Girl!  I had all these signs on you when I loved you but you just treated me like trash.  I know I got to move on. Life is large, Someday I will find my true love. The one who deserve me shall reserve me!

Take this simple test used to measure excessive daytime sleepiness (a common symptom of sleep disorder) is the Epworth Sleepiness Scale:
Indicate your chance of dozing during the following situations.
0 means no chance of dozing
1 means slight chance of dozing
2 means moderate chance of dozing
3 means high chance of dozing.

Choose any option(from 1 to 3) in the list below:

1.
Sitting and reading0123
2.Watching TV0123
3.Sitting inactive in a public place (i.e. theater)0123
4.As a passenger in a car for an hour without a break0123

Phases of Sleep:

If you want this information please visit http://longevity.about.com/od/sleep/a/sleep_stages.htm

Note: I am skipping the above information here to avoid complexity.

Causes Of Sleep Disorders:

Figure out the root cause by answering these questions to yourself!

Are you under a lot of stress?

Are you depressed? Do you feel emotionally flat or hopeless?

Do you struggle with chronic feelings of anxiety or worry?

Have you recently gone through a traumatic experience?

Are you taking any medications that might be affecting your sleep?

Do you have any health problems that may be interfering with sleep?

Is your sleep environment quiet and comfortable?

Do you try to go to bed and get up around the same time every day?

Now that you know the cause its easy to try and eliminate the cause one by one.

Things that destroy your sleep:

1) Caffeine

2) Late night TV or using Computer

3) Stress

4) Forcing yourself to sleep

5) Lack of Sunlight exposure

6) Frequent Exercising at sleep place

Things that help you sleep:

1) Exercising regularly

2) Getting Sun exposure

3) Relaxation before sleep

4) Meditation

5) Warm bath at night

6) De-cluttering your mind(I'll get more on this below)

7) Avoiding Caffeine products

What's De-Cluttering your mind about?

Sometimes or Frequently, when you try to sleep you
will have some random and unstoppable thoughts
running through your mind. This is called as Racing
Phenomenon. To reduce Racing we need to remove
those thoughts(called De-Cluttering) from the mind.
To do this follow a simple technique. Do this 10 minutes before you go to bed. Take a piece of
paper and write down some points for the following:

1) Your Achievements on this day

2) What positive things happened today

3) What negative things happened today

4)What are plans/tasks for tomorrow

Once you get your list ready, read it once or twice and
then crush and throw the paper in the dustbin. This
simple process helps you to minimize racing so that
you can go to sleep easily.

Final Tips on Sleeping Better:

1) Switch off TV, Computer at least 40mins before you go to sleep

2) Avoid taking too much naps during the day

3) If you need an afternoon nap, take a single   one(keep it a less than 40min nap)

 4) Try to sleep in cycles of 90mins. People say 6
hours of sleep is good, its because 6hours  means 60minsx6=90mins x 4! This means that you are getting four 90mins cycle sleep. No wonder its effective!

5) Try to vary what time you go to bed if you are having sleeping problems(Try +/- 30mins)

6) When trying to sleep, think that i must relax rather than forcing yourself to sleep

7) Warm bath an hour before sleep works well

8) Strictly no caffeine drinks at night

9) Check your diet, sometimes it may be the cause

10) Try to do regular exercising under the sun

11) Declutter your mind before sleeping

12) Dont do exercises at your bed room

13) Simple yoga streches for sleep works well, check
this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9lNiQIEfOAU

Once you have established good sleeping habits by doing all thats listed in this blog, you will fall asleep faster. And thats it from me, if you have any queries then ask me below!

How to deal with lower back pain

Hi. I guess a lot of you might have had some lower back pain at some point in life. You would have found hard to bend down or had some acute back pain. Mostly due to strain, sport injuries and improper posture. I have been having this lately due to too much motorcycling.

Do these 4 things:

2) If u are exercising or playing sports(straining), then avoid it
3) Do some stretching exercises(shown in this video)
4) Have a proper sitting posture(This video explains some basics)

This useful video i found on youtube by a professional doctor shows about useful and simple streching exercises to help you recover from lower back pain, it works well too. Hope its of some help to you!

If you have continuous back pain for more than a week, then its better to get some medical attention.  Take Care!

How to deal with negative people in life

Okay. Lets talk a little about negative people today. These are people who are always blaming themselves, others or the circumstances whichever is suitable. They excel at finding the negative qualities or habits in an individual or a group. Personally i have lot of experience in dealing with negative people, so i am going to share few valuable points here:

1) Talk very less with negative people :

I dont mean avoid them but limit your talk. The more you talk, the more negatives they may notice in you. You maybe really talented in some things but still they will mainly notice your negative qualities and make fun of you. Some negative people are great conversationalists so be aware!

2) Ignore their insults:

If they try to insult you or say any negative points about you, just ignore them and think "I know who I am so why should i listen to him/her".

3) Surround yourself with positive people:

Positive people are everywhere but they are are few in numbers. By becoming friend with them you are more likely to keep negative people in control. For instance, if a negative person comes out and points your weakess in front of your positive friends, they are more likely to neglect that negative person. This will make the negative person think twice before insulting you again.

4) Dont share your secrets:

Ah! you know this one never ever share your personal problems or weaknesses with negative people. They are sure to double your worries and this goes well for your secrets too, Never Share It With Them!

5) Keep in touch with them:

This is important. They are negative people, this doesnt mean you should hate them all the time, try to keep contact with them. Show some interest towards them too and make them understand that you care. In that way he/she is less likely to criticise or insult you. And keep in touch because you dont know when their help will be needed for you.
